It is my hope that your knowledge of the Hebrew and Greek translations of Old Testament will allow your church greater ability to understand and spread the Word.”
January 15, 2007 Governor Tim Kaine: “Every year, countless Virginians are barred from good, safe housing based on their ethnicity, age or other factors…. We can work together to secure equal access to housing for all people.” According to the CEO of “Housing Opportunities Made Equal” 53% of Virginia’s Minority citizens face discrimination when looking for a place to rent.
October 28, 2010 Governor Robert F. McDonnell: “The hard work and dedication that the Lord’s Church Baptist has shown toward their community and those in need is commendable and serves as an example to citizens throughout the Commonwealth.”

Pastor, Howard L. Moses, Sr.
Pastor and Co-Founder of the historic Lord’s Church Baptist Denomination: 22 years serving as pastor at no charge. President/Co-Founder and National Director of the Frederick L. Ray Biblical Institute: {Nationally Accredited Christian College with 449 affiliated schools in the USA} 21 years serving at no charge.
Mentorship Program
Student Mentor Program: Which consist of a college students reaching down to help high school seniors, seniors reaching down too juniors and so on down to the first grade. We focus on goal setting, spiritual encouragement and building mentor mentee relationships for students and can be used for workers. All thanks to Mr. Joshua L. Moses for implementing this wonderful program.
