The Lord's Church

The Frederick L. Ray Biblical Institute began in August 1996, originally known as the Friends of Jesus Convention, which is a Christian college for pastors, ministers and church leaders to study word on word of the Bible. The F.L. Ray Biblical Institute is accredited and affiliated with more than 100 other Christian colleges throughout the United States.

Monday at 7 pm, The Frederick L. Ray Biblical Institute, Central Virginia School housed at The Lord’s Church, classes are held to teach Pastors, ministers, and church leaders word on word and verse on verse of the 66 Books of the Holy Bible (library). The mission is to communicate Christian doctrine, values, and requisite skills – all of which prepare ministers for a life-long ministry of learning and serving. The Frederick L. Ray Biblical Institute seeks to offer a spiritual view of the world within the context of fundamental truths of the Christian faith as revealed in the Scriptures. This includes the basic biblical and theological knowledge, which enhances their understanding of the Creator and His will. (Responsibility: Use the Truth/Gospel to bring lost men and women back to God!)
